In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vipfun. By accessing the vipfun platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use vipfun services. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. vipfun conducts age verification during the KYC process and will suspend any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws, regulations, or directives applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of vipfun is lawful in your jurisdiction. vipfun does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that affects your capacity to enter contracts, you are not eligible to use vipfun.
3.4 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Restrictions. You may not register or maintain an Account on vipfun if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with vipfun or any other gaming operator, or if you have voluntarily excluded yourself from gaming under any applicable regulatory programme. Circumventing a self-exclusion through re-registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.5 Employee Restrictions. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of vipfun, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in vipfun promotions unless vipfun provides explicit written consent.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on vipfun. The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual, same device, same IP address, or same payment method may be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 Philippine Mobile Number. Your registered mobile number is used for OTP verification, account security, and communication from vipfun. You must register using a mobile number that is genuinely under your ownership. Registering with another person's mobile number is prohibited.
4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, vipfun is required to complete KYC verification. You will be required to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, such as a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID card. vipfun may also request proof of address and payment method verification at its discretion. vipfun reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
4.5 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your Account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate details may result in Account suspension or withdrawal delays.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. vipfun will never request your password through live chat, SMS, or email.
5.2 You must immediately notify vipfun via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
5.3 vipfun is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorized Account access arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, including but not limited to sharing your password, using an insecure device, or falling victim to phishing attacks.
5.4 vipfun employs 256-bit SSL encryption, device recognition, and session token management to protect player accounts. However, no electronic system is entirely immune from security vulnerabilities and vipfun makes no absolute guarantee of security.
5.5 You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
6.1 Supported Payment Methods. vipfun accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported payment methods are subject to change at vipfun's discretion. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 20. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected by the platform. vipfun imposes no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, but individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
6.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your vipfun wallet instantly upon successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are subject to standard banking processing times, typically 5 to 30 minutes. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited upon successful barcode scan at the payment counter.
6.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that are legally yours and derived from legitimate sources. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using payment methods registered under another person's name, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and AML reporting.
6.5 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. vipfun processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
6.6 Withdrawal Requirements. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) not be subject to any Account restriction or investigation; and (d) withdraw no less than the minimum withdrawal amount displayed in the cashier.
6.7 Currency. All transactions on vipfun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of deposit. vipfun is not responsible for foreign exchange fluctuations.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. 7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise specified, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If a new bonus is claimed before an existing bonus has been fulfilled or cancelled, the existing bonus may be forfeited.

7.6 vipfun reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on vipfun is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that particular game.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All slot and RNG-based table games on vipfun use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. 11.2 By registering an Account on vipfun, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the vipfun Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, marketing communications (where consent has been given), fraud prevention, and AML compliance.

12.2 Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a minimum 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
12.3 Loss Limits. You may set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to the same 7-day cooling-off period as deposit limit increases.

12.5 Cooling-Off Period. You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, you will not be able to log in or access your Account. The suspension takes effect immediately upon request.
12.6 Self-Exclusion. You may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the vipfun platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. vipfun will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating a new Account during the self-exclusion period; however, you must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion through re-registration.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipfun, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the vipfun platform.
13.2 vipfun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to vipfun in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 vipfun is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) server outages, platform downtime, or technical maintenance; (b) third-party payment processor errors or delays; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or network disruptions beyond vipfun's reasonable control; or (d) your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 vipfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where vipfun reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) your Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes; (d) you are under the minimum age of 21; (e) you are accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction; or (f) vipfun is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
14.2 Upon suspension of an Account, vipfun will review the Account and, where funds are determined to be legitimately held, return deposited funds to the player via the original deposit method, subject to deduction of any applicable costs, forfeiture of bonus funds, and withholding required by law.
14.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting vipfun's live chat support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and standard withdrawal conditions.
15.1 vipfun reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 16.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
